Leslie Heyden, principal of Leslie Heyden & Associates, holds an M.A. in Instructional Design and a Graduate Certificate in Training Systems Development from San Francisco State University. She is a member of the International Society for Performance and Instruction and the American Society for Training and Development.
Leslie currently designs elearning for medical assistants and conducts evaluations for the California Department of Public Health Immunization Branch.
